How long will it take for my ADO electric bike to arrive?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location, with tracking provided as soon as your bike leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy for electric bikes?
We offer a 14-day return policy for unused bikes in their original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged.
Do ADO electric bikes come with a warranty?
Yes, all ADO electric bikes come with a standard 1-year warranty covering the frame, motor, and battery against manufacturing defects.
What payment methods do you accept?

Are the bikes delivered fully assembled?
Our bikes arrive 85-90% assembled. You will only need to install the pedals, handlebars, and front wheel using the toolkit and instructions provided in the box.
Can I ride my ADO electric bike in the rain?
ADO bikes are IPX5 water-resistant, meaning they can handle light rain and splashes. However, we recommend avoiding heavy downpours and never submerging the bike in water.
