At ADO Electric Bikes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and receive a return authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags, labels, and protective materials are intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping your receipt for tracking purposes.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
